In this new season, JD and Elliot's already volatile relationship is further put to the test when they both compete for the chief resident position at Sacred Heart. Meanwhile, Turk is getting used to married life as Carla starts to change everything about her new hubby.

Heather Graham (Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me) also joins the cast as the hospital's new professional yet quirky psychiatrist Dr. Molly Clock. Fans can also look out for guest turns from Sugar Hill Gang, Tom Cavanagh, Chuck Woolery and Molly Shannon.
