Junior finally graduates, and his parents give him a trip to Japan as a gift – and as a way to separate Junior and Vanessa, who are planning on moving in together and get married as soon as they start college.

Both Kady and Clare admit their sadness on Junior leaving, and Michael and Jay feel proud of having raised a semi-successful child. But Junoir decides not to go to Japan anymore because Vanessa is pregnant.

Graduation (1) -- May 14, 2007
Jr.'s graduation is coming up, and he breaks the news to his family that he wants to go to college and wishes to jumpstart the rest of his life by being with Vanessa.

Meanwhile, Claire wears a blond wig to get her parents attention, thinking she has been forgotten now that Jr. is on the spot. And Franklin applies to the soon to be available son spot in the Kyle family.

Not So Hostile Takeover -- May 7, 2007
Michael tries to recapture younger times by transforming Junior's car, and Jay lives out a missed part of her life by going to Claire's Prom.

The Big Bang Theory -- April 30, 2007
When Claire and Tony announce that the time has come for them to consummate their relationship, Michael and Jay are taken aback and go to extremes to convince them otherwise. Meanwhile, Kady catches Jr. playing with her dolls.

Tee For Too Many -- April 23, 2007
When Michael takes Jay to play golf, he finds her presence distracting and must find a way to tell her that she is cramping his style.

Sharon's Picture -- April 16, 2007
When Jay finds a picture of Michael's hot ex-girlfriend among his things, she wants to know why he felt the need to save the picture after all these years. Meanwhile, Franklin struggles to admit that his sister is a good singer.

Claire's Permit -- April 9, 2007
An eager Claire, can't wait for Michael to teach her how to drive, but his every fear comes true once the inexperienced teenager gets behind the wheel.

Here Comes Da Judge -- April 2, 2007
Bickering ensues when Jr. and Claire find a wallet containing $500. To decide who gets the money, Michael calls a family court session, with him as the judge.

Jury Duty -- March 26, 2007
Michael and Jay end up serving together on the same jury, but Michael, a big fan of "The Godfather" movies, suspects a man he meets is part of the Mafia and wants Michael to find the defendant innocent.

Jr's Risky Business (2) -- March 19, 2007
Jay and Michael are faced with their most important parenting issue, after finding Jr. in a compromising position with his girlfriend. A furious Michael considers his options, including throwing Jr. out of the house.

While Michael and Jay are pleased with Jr.'s new girlfriend, Vanessa, they are shocked when they come home from an evening out and catch the two teenagers in their bed. Meanwhile, Claires nervousness about taking her PSAT test causes her to break out in hives.

Man of the Year -- March 5, 2007
When Michael doesn't win the Small Businessman of the Year award, he gets so down in the dumps, that his concerned family must figure out a way to make him feel loved and appreciated.

Blackout -- February 26, 2007
Michael wants some time alone in the house and makes a deal with Jay for her and the kids to get out of the house. But of course it doesn't come as easy as he hoped. He has to pay for Claire to agree on going to the mall and is forced to watch The Little Mermaid with Kady for the hundredth time.

But when the power goes off, Claire freaks out about losing her entire work and kady freaks out. In the end, the power failure ends up bringing the Kyles closer together.

Michael's Tribe -- February 19, 2007
Michael is recruited to camp out with Kady and her friends and teach them Native American lore. Meanwhile, Clare and "the new Tony" plan to stay out all night. They plot to sneak out to a 'rave', but everything goes horribly wrong and Claire gets grounded for her actions.

Open Your Heart -- February 5, 2007
Jay decides to attend a "Open Your Heart" seminar for struggling couples, even though she and Michael are happier than ever. Meanwhile, Michael wants his children to learn the value of money and tells Jr. to start his own business and Claire takes up a job at a clothes store.

Chair Man of the Board -- January 22, 2007
Michael is very excited because his old friend Tommy is coming over. But his excitement soon turns into awkwardness, when Tommy shows in on a wheelchair and Michael doesn't know how to handle the situation.

Jay the Artist -- January 15, 2007
Feeling that she has no space and time of her own due to home duties, Jay decides to paint. The result is a portrait of Michael, based on Michelangelo's David, which makes Michael feel a little bit "diminished".

Jr's Dating Dilemma -- January 8, 2007
Michael decides to help Junior on his women approach techniques, seeing that his son has absolutely no clue on how to behave around women. His advice consists on primarily having women say "really?", which is the key for a successful approach.

Sister Story -- January 1, 2007
Michael's sister, Kelly, is coming over for the weekend, which freaks Jay out, because every time Kelly comes, she overstays her welcome and always gets on Jay's nerves.

The Fighting Kyles -- December 25, 2006
Sick and tired of listening to their kids fights, Michael and Jay act like they are fighting themselves, so that Jr. and Claire can see how annoying it is and quit it. But the three Kyle children get the wrong idea and think their parents are splitting up, and try their best to bond them.

Crouching Mother, Hidden Father -- December 18, 2006
Jay volunteeres to be the director for Kady's kindergarten class play, but due to illness she is forced to step down, leaving Michael to fill in for her. Michael allows the children to make any changes they want, and the result is a very successful - and very weird - play.

Claire's New Boyfriend -- December 11, 2006
After Michael admits liking Claire's boyfriend, Tony, she dumps him. The poor kid is devastated, and Michael decides to help Tony win Claire back. Meanwhile, Jay refuses to admit she looks like Jr.'s drawing of her. Instead, she believes she looks more like Halle Berry.

Diary of a Mad Teen -- December 4, 2006
While making Claire's bed, Jay finds her diary hidden under the mattress. She can't resist the temptation of reading it.

Meanwhile, Michael is scheduled for an appointment with the eye doctor, even though he insists there's nothing wrong with his sight. And all Kady wants to do is play hide-and-seek.

Samba Story -- November 27, 2006
Tired of the same dinner-and-a-movie routine, Jay convinces Michael to take dancing lessons, to spice up their relationship.

The Kyles Go to Hawaii - III -- November 20, 2006
A mad scramble ensues, when Michael finds out that the family's flight home from Hawaii leaves much earlier than he thought, but matters are complicated when a love-smitten Jr. insists on staying with his new love, Leilani.

Michael and Janet decide to go out on a romantic dinner, leaving their kids all alone. Jr. has a memorable night on the beach with Leilani, a native girl. Kady and Claire decide to spend their times in the hotel's spa.

The Kyles Go to Hawaii - I -- November 6, 2006
The Kyles are leaving for their family vacation to Hawaii, but instead of taking a straight flight to the island, Michael thinks it would be a good idea to make a quick tour around the country, so they make stops at New York, Chicago, Denver and other cities, before they get to Hawaii, two days later.
