Dog Robber Part 2 -- June 17, 2003

Dog Robber Part 1 -- June 3, 2003
The Chinese government, claiming that a U.S. Navy spy plane invaded its air space and collided with a Chinese fighter plane killing its pilot, takes the damaged spy plane and its crew hostage. Harm is sent to China as part of a military delegation to facilitate the freeing of the crew and plane, which is outfitted with highly sensitive surveillance equipment. Working on a hunch, Harm brings evidence to the Chinese that successfully forces the release of the U.S. crew, but not the plane. Then, as Harm returns safely with the crew to a U.S. aircraft carrier, one of the U.S. Navy fighter escorts returns to the Chinese airfield against orders and takes matters into his own hands.
Jag-A-Thon-- May 27, 2003
Personal rivalries surface in the JAG office when Mac assures Harm that
she'll beat him to the finish line in the Jagathon for charity. Harm
then sticks his foot in his mouth by giving Mac a three-minute head
start in the race. Meanwhile, testosterone levels rise when Gunny and
Tiner battle head to head to see who is in the best condition for the
race. And, true to form, Lt. Singer starts a betting pool on who will
finish the race last, leaving Lt. Roberts feeling crushed when he
discovers that his co-workers favour him
Ambush-- May 20, 2003
Harm defends a Marine officer accused of disobeying orders by pursuing
rebels after they attacked a U.N. convoy, thus causing the death of six
Marines in an ambush. Officially, Captain Shepard was ordered to just
guard the U.N. convoy. But the captain insists to Harm that he was,
in fact, following other orders to attack that were implied by his
commanding officer. As the investigation progresses, Harm finds the
chain of evidence goes high up the political ladder to Congresswoman
Bobbi Latham who may, herself, have played a part in the implied orders.
Mixed Messages-- May 13, 2003
After a break-in and murders at a Naval Annex building in Washington,
D.C., Harm finds out that one of the victims was a friend of his and he
is suspected of passing information to the Chinese. As Harm sets
out to clear his friend of espionage charges, he encounters startling
roadblocks, put in the way of his investigation, by the intelligence
community. Meanwhile, Renee shows up at JAG Headquarters with surprising
news for Harm, and Mac tirelessly searches for the young girl she left
behind in Indonesia.
Guilt-- May 6, 2003
Following the transfer of a U.S. Marine accused of rape from the local
Indonesian police to his CO at the consulate, the consulate comes under
siege by angry, armed locals and Mac finds herself in charge of the dire
situation. When the commander of the Marine detachment is killed and his
next-in-command is blinded during the surprise attack, Mac realizes that
she is next in command and must organize the emergency evacuation of the
consulate while under fire.
The Measure Of Men-- Apr 29, 2003
Still aboard the USS Guadalcanal, Mac is called upon to prosecute a
Major accused of negligent homicide by the ship's Captain. Much to
Mac's surprise and dismay, Harm arrives on board to defend the Major
and also try to clear the air with Mac regarding their relationship.
But as they both become entrenched in the case in which the victim
drowned during a nighttime exercise in extremely bad weather conditions,
they're hard-pressed to find time to discuss their personal business.
Meanwhile, Admiral Chegwidden has his hands full with his teenage
goddaughter who has run away from home.
New Gun In Town-- Apr 22, 2003
Unwilling to face all the questions regarding her split from Mic
Brumby on the eve of their wedding, Mac requests and is granted
temporary duty aboard the USS Guadalcanal, a Marine Task Force
command ship on manoeuvers in the Indian Ocean. Harm returns from
Rene's father's funeral to resume duty at JAG. He's delighted to
learn that CMDR Sturgis Turner, his roommate at the Naval Academy
and good friend, has been assigned to JAG.
Adrift 2-- Apr 15, 2003
Harm is feared lost at sea as Mac's wedding party awaits word from the
rescue carrier about when it can resume the search in the storm-tossed
Atlantic. As Harm begins to lapse into the final stages of hypothermia,
his only hope is to make contact with his potential rescuers by holding
onto a sonar buoy. Back onboard the USS Patrick Henry, Harm's vital signs start to fade out, but Skates words help him pull through. Transferred to Bethesda Hospital, Renee learns that Harm has partial amnesia and doesn't remember them being a couple over the past year.
Mac's indecision about the wedding drives Brumby back to Australia. When Harm tells Mac on the phone to come to his place so that she doesn't have to be alone, she arrives only to learn that Renee has beaten her to Harm's place with the news that her father has died. Mac ends up in the rain with no one around.
