Jag-a-thon -- September 9, 2003
Personal rivalries surface in the JAG office when Mac assures Harm that
she'll beat him to the finish line in the Jagathon for charity. Harm
then sticks his foot in his mouth by giving Mac a three-minute head
start in the race. Meanwhile, testosterone levels rise when Gunny and
Tiner battle head to head to see who is in the best condition for the
race. And, true to form, Lt. Singer starts a betting pool on who will
finish the race last, leaving Lt. Roberts feeling crushed when he
discovers that his co-workers favor him.

Defending His Honour -- August 26, 2003
Harm defends an upstanding JAG judge accused of causing a car accident
that injured another driver and killed her six-month old child. JAG
judge Capt. Sebring proves to be a difficult client as he insists that
Harm not reveal personal family secrets, which seem to prove that he is
prone to fits of rage. But when the other driver takes the stand, Harm
finds that certain facts just don't add up. Meanwhile, CIA agent Clayton
Webb continues the search for Kabir, the elusive Al Qaeda terrorist
who was last seen making a suspicious deal with a senior Russian Navy
submarine captain.
Tribunal -- August 19, 2003
The capture of Mustafa Atef, who's suspected of training terrorists for the Sept. 11 attacks, leads to the scheduling of the first U.S. military tribunal in 50 years, to be held aboard the USS Seahawk. Adm. Chegwidden decides to defend Atef and Cdr. Turner volunteers for second chair, while Mac and Harm prosecute. Hoping to find a witness for their side, Mac and the CIA's Clayton Webb travel to a prison camp in Afghanistan, where Mac's life is threatened during an uprising.
Port Chicago -- August 12, 2003
In 1944, an explosion at the naval munitions base in California killed 320 men, most of whom were black. After the incident, many sailors refused to work under the unsafe conditions and 50 were court-martialed for mutiny. The men returned to the Navy when President Truman commuted their sentences after the war. Retiree Aubrey McBride demands a new court-martial, hoping to have the conviction overturned so his record can be cleared. Cmdr. Turner discovers that an injustice was done and goes head-to-head with Lt. Singer in the
courtroom. Meanwhile, Harm goes house shopping with Lt. Sims.
First Casualty -- August 5, 2003
When Harm and Mac are called in to investigate an aborted SEAL
operation in Afghanistan, Harm accuses a television news reporter
accompanying the SEALs for disobeying orders and causing the error.
Meanwhile, Lt. Roberts receives his orders and, leaving Harriet
and A.J. behind, ships out for a six-month deployment aboard the
USS Seahawk.
Hero Worship -- July 29, 2003
Adm. Chegwidden agrees to help the White House with an event honoring Medal of Honor recipients, but only if he can investigate the case of a vet who was dropped from the list because of a shoplifting arrest. Meanwhile, Mac and Harm look into a fire aboard a destroyer.
Exculpatory Evidence -- July 22, 2003
Tensions run high at JAG when charges of negligence are brought against
Bud for not defending his last client effectively. As Harm defends Bud,
Sturgis prosecutes and Bud fears that Sturgis has damaging evidence
against him. Just when Bud thinks things can't get any worse, Sturgis
calls a surprise witness - Mac - who reluctantly takes the stand against
her colleague.
The Mission -- July 15, 2003
In Part 1 of a two-part story, Harm and Mac go on a temporary overseas assignment. When Taliban fighters escape because JAGs, fearful of harming civilians, halt a bombing raid, Mac and Harm are sent to Afghanistan to instruct the USS Seahawk's personnel to relax the rules of engagement. But Harm has to follow his own orders when he's asked to pilot a bomber on a dangerous mission. Meanwhile, Adm. Chegwidden offers Lt. Roberts an overseas transfer that would be a promotion, but a jealous Lt. Singer sets out to sabotage his career.
Head To Toe -- July 8, 2003
Harm and Mac defend a pilot who refused to obey the rules for women in
Saudi Arabia, which include wearing a veil and having a male chaperone.
Odd Man Out -- July 1, 2003
Harm faces Mac in court when he defends a Navy medical corpsman accused
of murdering a Marine sergeant during a training exercise. When he finds
himself serving on the jury, Bud, feeling like an expert, uses his
knowledge of the law during deliberations to help the jurors question
the facts of the case, but then discovers the hard way that sometimes
things in the courtroom are not what they seem.
Answered Prayers -- June 24, 2003
Days before Christmas, Harm is given custody of a belligerent Navy petty officer he's defending in an unauthorized absence case, but he has no idea what to do with the woman, who was sent to the military in lieu of going to prison.
