Hail and Farewell -- November 1, 2006
The season finale finds the cast members in a total state of change: Admiral Chegwidden reveals a surprising decision he has made, Mac is given some news about her health and Harm is faced with a personal loss.

Fighting Words -- October 25, 2006
Harm and Mac go up against one another in the case of a Marine General, who is making public speeches stating that Islam goes hand-in-hand with evil and terrorism.

Coming Home -- October 25, 2006
In northern Iraq, Sergeant Harry Smith leads his squad to protect the village, but Fedayeen members ambush them. The ensuing assault claims the life of young Marine Joe Smithfield, whose death has ramifications stateside as Harm, Mac and Roberts, are all pulled into matters involving the deceased.

What If -- October 18, 2006
As the JAG gang convenes at the Lucky Dragon to celebrate the promotion of Jennifer Coates, Harm, Mac, Chegwidden, Bud, Harriet, Turner and Coates, all take turns reading the slips of paper from inside their fortune cookies. Each slip reads, "Your unspoken desire is the road not taken. Take it."

Hard Time -- October 18, 2006
At the conclusion of a case Mac prosecuted, Marine Private First Class Michelle Boyer is sentenced to one year of hard time for drug use, despite her vehement assertion that she is not a drug user. After the sentence is read, Boyer confronts Mac and punches her unconscious.

Take It Like A Man -- October 11, 2006
Corporal Hal Strange, who served in Panama on the mission to capture Noriega, is being charged with wearing medals he didn't earn and uniforms he isn't authorized to wear.

As he parades himself as the hero he isn't, he's also been bilking schools and civic groups out of speaking fees for a decade.

Persian Gulf -- October 4, 2006
Harm and Mac convene in front of Judge Helfman to mete out the arrangement for Theo Marvalis, the Navy lieutenant who had agreed to make restitution for the synthetic diamonds he took from the Naval Research Laboratory.

However, with the money not materializing from Marvalis' offshore accounts, Mac fears Marvalis' situation has turned sinister.

Crash -- September 27, 2006
When pilot Lt. Jim Ross crashes into the USS Bennington in his F-18 during a landing, Harm and Mac are sent to the carrier to investigate the incident.

In interrogating his colleagues and the ship's top brass, they find themselves in a quandary to solve the case: the plane's pieces are charred and the recorder on-board that would have illuminated the final minutes has been destroyed.

People V. Secnav -- September 20, 2006
With a platoon of Marines under attack in the city of Tikifa in Iraq, the squad receives orders to fire, in hopes of getting some of his men medi-vaced out of the dire situation. Unfortunately, their artillery strikes a hospital.

The incident takes on global proportions as the Secretary of Navy is charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity, and will be tried in International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Good Intentions -- September 13, 2006
Navy Ensign, De La Torre, is found murdered on a fishing village dock, frequented by drug dealers.

Her assailant immediately appears to be Petty Officer, Luis Cumpiano, a reformed alcoholic, who was coerced into a drinking binge with fellow officers, at a dockside bar the night the ensign was killed.

Having blacked out, he can't remember any of the evening's events. Yet, a DNA match links him to the murder.

A Girl's Best Friend -- September 6, 2006
The diamond in Meredith's engagement ring is knocked loose, and when she tries to have it fixed, an expert's assessment forces her to tell A.J. that it might be stolen.

Chegwidden is rescued from the case, and Mac is put in charge of prosecution with Harm and Roberts assigned to defend Maravalis. Meanwhile, Harm enlists Coates to help take care of Mattie.

A Merry Little Christmas -- August 30, 2006
As the date approaches for his hearing to become 15-year-old Mattie's guardian, Harm prepares her for the upcoming procedures, including a visit from a guardian ad-litem, Donna LeMoyne, who will look into Harm's suitability as a "father".

Pulse Rate -- August 23, 2006
Seaman Cal Duncan is electrocuted on the USS Gillcrist, during a routine repair to the ship's radar array. Harm and Mac go aboard, to determine if a crew member, committed a fatal dereliction of duty.

The Boast -- August 16, 2006
A newspaper reporter publishes a story regarding Lance Corporal Pete Kelly, "boasting", that he had killed an Iraqi prisoner in the back of the head in a POW camp.

To make matters worse, a prisoner named Omar Billah, was actually shot in the back of the head months ago, at the compound where Kelly was stationed, and Billah's murder was never resolved.

Posse Comitatus -- August 9, 2006
In Yuma, Arizona, Barnard Cale, a rancher holed up in a barn on his property, is in a shoot-out stand-off with local police, who want to take his land from him.

Piloting a Super Cobra helicopter, marine Major Zach Tunney - thinking he can resolve the situation and rescue a female deputy who is trapped in the barn with Cale - enters airspace above the ranch and fires, killing Cale and injuring the deputy.

Close Quarters -- August 2, 2006
Back at JAG, Harm is quickly overloaded with a slew of cases that must be re-evaluated because of the limes debacle. Then, complicating his workload and cutting more into his time, Harm becomes ensnared in the case of a one-arm, 80-year-old Navy veteran.

Back In The Saddle -- July 26, 2006
When a lawyer helping out JAG is accused of fraud and Harm is fired from the CIA, the possibility looms for his return.

Touchdown -- July 19, 2006
In a CIA getaway mission that has left his C-130 crippled, Harm suggests the impossible - landing it on an aircraft carrier - to save the women and children aboard his plane.

Meanwhile, the case of a seaman, who may have been an Al Qaeda cell member plotting to kill fellow sailors, embroils Mac and Turner.

The One That Got Away -- July 12, 2006
Mac defends and Turner prosecutes in the case of a special op marine who, during an Iraqi mission, may have deserted his team for his own survival.

Meanwhile, Harm takes on a CIA training assignment in a mach six craft, that soon, unexpectedly, has him perilously flying into restricted North Korean airspace.

Secret Agent Man -- July 5, 2006
On his first CIA flight mission, Harm is paired up with a familiar face, as the duo's assignment for a car drop in the Philippines quickly becomes dangerous field work to stop a diplomat from staging a coup.

Bud's brother Mikey enlists Mac's help in determining a Naval Academy friend's guilt or innocence in a plagiarism case that has grave implications.

Shifting Sands -- June 28, 2006
Harm returns to Washington, DC and is shocked to discover that Admiral Chegwidden had actually processed his resignation through official channels.

Also, a female petty officer listed as missing in action during Desert Storm, is located in Iraq, married to a bedouin sheik. As a result, the Navy charges her with desertion.

A Tangled Webb -- June 21, 2006
The 9th season begins where the last season left off, with Harm, Mac, Webb and Gunny still in Paraguay, searching for the terrorist Sadik. Their search is complicated by Harm's feelings being tangled up, which drove him to resign his commission and rush to South America in the first place.
