Winds And Following Seas - Season Finale -- May 11, 2008
Gen. Cresswell informs Harm and Mac that they are being reassigned - Harm to London and Mac to San Diego. They both have the option to take someone from the office with them. They both ask Bud, but Harriet is worried about moving.

Vukovic is trying to solve his own case. With their deadline quickly approaching Harm and Mac must sort out their lives and resolve their feelings for each other. Harm and Mac both reminisced about times past. And it all ends with a coin toss.

Dream Team -- May 4, 2008
Harm and Vukovic are assigned to defend a seaman accused of killing a much larger opponent in a shipboard fist fight. Bud is assigned to prosecute what soon becomes dubbed "the dream team."

Unknown Soldier -- April 27, 2008
Vukovic and Graves are sent by the General on a mission to track down the relatives of a Vietnam vet whose remains are finally found. A Navy doctor is court-martialled for giving medication to an Iraqi child against orders.

Two Towns -- April 20, 2008
Mac goes to Iraq to investigate a bombing that killed a group of Marine reservists, while Harm and Bud go to Oklahoma to assist their families, but end up prosecuting the sole survivor, who is accused of starting a fire that destroyed the Marine Reserve Center.

Death At The Mosque -- April 13, 2008
Vukovic is sent to Iraq to defend a Marine who was caught on tape killing a seemingly innocent Iraqi civilian. Meanwhile, Cresswell asks Mac to talk his daughter out of her plans to abandon a military career, and Harm maintains his vigil at Mattie's bedside.

JAG: San Diego -- April 6, 2008
There is a huge snow storm in Falls Church, so General Cresswell decides to have the JAG confrence in San Deigo. Lt Makefield, Vukovic Mac go to San Diego where Vukovic and Mac go up against each other at the court martial of a Marine accused of killing a Nicaraguan civilian during a humanitarian mission.

Meanwhile, Rabb stays behind as acting JAG in his place. Also as a result of the snow storm, Mattie is injured in an accident.

Straits Of Malacca -- March 30, 2008
Mac and Lt. Vukovic are sent to Indonesia to negotiate a hostage release involving Naval personnel and modern-day pirates. Back in the States Commander Roberts and harriet open up their house to celebrate the birth of twins.

Bridging The Gulf -- March 23, 2008
While completing routine flight qualifications, Harm is forced to shoot a civilian plane down when it approaches a no-fly zone and once again finds himself on the wrong side of the court-room.

Fit For Duty -- March 16, 2008
Harm and Mac find themselves on opposing sides when a Navy psychiatrist is charged with malpractice after a soldier under her care is killed in battle, while Bud handles an age discrimination suit involving a Navy commander.

Heart Of Darkness -- March 9, 2008
Harm and Mac travel to Afghanistan to track down a Marine captain who deserted his unit. Meanwhile, Big Bud is called up for service in Iraq but doesn't want to go and asks Bud for help.

The Sixth Juror -- March 2, 2008
Harm and Mac are assigned to a case involving the shooting of a local car dealer's son. The jury pool of base personnel is quickly depleted as almost everyone on the base knew the accused, his former and very popular girlfriend. As a result Coates is forced to sit in as the Sixth Juror.

Automatic For The People -- February 24, 2008
Harm investigates the mysterious crash of an F-14 near a California school yard.

The Four Percentage Solution -- February 17, 2008
After suffering an injury in a Christmas Eve car accident, Mac recalls her interaction with a base therapist, where she was forced to deal with Webb's dishonesty, infertility, insomnia, loneliness and Harm.

The Man On The Bridge -- February 10, 2008
Harm and Mac assist with a FBI investigation into the mysterious disappearance of the Navy's top bio-weapons scientist, whose car is found abandoned on a bridge across the Potomac.

There Goes The Neighbourhood -- February 3, 2008
The new life Coates has built is threatened when she is visited by a friend from her criminal past. Meanwhile, a Naval aviator is in trouble for giving flying lessons to her father, a civilian who just bought an F-18.

Camp Delta -- January 27, 2008
Gen. Cresswell sends Harm and Mac to Cuba's "Camp Delta" when a training exercise on how to handle uncooperative prisoners has life-threatening results.

One Big Boat -- January 20, 2008
When a Naval Academy sailing team gets caught in a squall and a team member drowns, Mac and Turner must determine if their driven commander willingly put his crew at risk.

This Just In From Baghdad -- January 13, 2008
Harm and Mac are sent to Baghdad when a government official is killed during a routine patrol and a sergeant is accused of involuntary manslaughter.

A Whole New Ball Game -- January 6, 2008
The rumor mill is in high gear when the nomination for Chegwidden's replacement is announced, while Harm & Mac investigate a Navy Ensign accused of shooting a Canadian fisherman.

Retrial -- December 30, 2007
Harm is asked to re-open a 20yr old case of a seaman accused of murdering a prostitute. He doesn't deny stabbing her, but maintains that he didn't murder her. Harm finds out that a similar crime was committed and uses this to free the seaman who has been wrongfully imprisoned.

Corporate Raiders -- December 23, 2007
When a Marine is killed in Iraq as the result of "friendly fire", Harm & Mac investigation results in possible involvment by a private military contractor.

Hail and Farewell, Part II (2) -- December 16, 2007
Mac has reasons to believe that Clayton Webb may not be dead and ends up in danger while looking into Webb's "death". With the retirement of Rear Admiral A.J. Chegwidden, Cmdr. Sturgis Turner is named Acting Judge Advocate General.
