About the Show
From pop star-turned-TV producer Shaun Cassidy (Cold Case, The Agency) comes Invasion, a brand new sci-fi drama series on STAR WORLD.

As the tiny town of Homestead, Florida, struggles to rebuild itself after a devastating hurricane, a number of bizarre occurrences start taking place in their community. After US Park Ranger Russell Varon (Eddie Cibrian) starts to investigate the strange goings on, he unwittingly begins a fight for the survival of his family, his community, and what might ultimately be the whole human race.

"It's a complicated family drama," explains Cassidy. "At the end of the day, I really don't care about bad guys and armies building on islands. You can do that in a James Bond movie. I care about how that effects the internal workings of these families."
