Paula Abdul
Paula grew up in the San Fernando Valley, California. She began taking dance lessons when she was eight. In school she was senior class president and head cheerleader.

After graduation, she joined L.A. Lakers cheerleaders, and became head cheerleader/choreographer after only a few months.Later on, she decided to take up choreography, working with artists such as the Jacksons and the Rolling Stones.

Paula Abdul's music career encompasses worldwide album sales exceeding 30 million records, two No. 1 albums, six No. 1 singles, a Grammy Award, seven MTV Awards, two Emmy Awards, two People's Choice Awards and two Kids' Choice Awards.

She has also been honored with a star on Hollywood Boulevard and inducted into Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Hall of Fame.She has done well for herself, and plans to write/sing/choreograph for as long as she can.


Randy Jackson
Randy Jackson is a Grammy Award-winning producer and a 20-year music industry veteran. He started his music career at the age of 13 playing the bass, which led to playing with the band Journey.

For eight years, he was the vice president of A&R at Columbia Records, followed by four years as senior vice president of A&R at MCA Records.

Jackson has recorded, toured and performed with the likes of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, *NSYNC, Madonna, Elton John, Destiny's Child and many more.

Jackson has worked on over 1,000 gold and multi-platinum albums. With his talent, immense studio knowledge and performing, touring and record company experience, he is one of today's most highly regarded music industry experts.


Simon Cowell
Simon Cowell's brutal comments and sharp tongue has made him a household name in America. Born in Brighton, England, Simon dropped out of school at the age of 16. The first time he criticised was at age four when he looked at his mother's hat and remarked "Mum, you look like a poodle.

A 20-year veteran of the music industry, Cowell is an executive with BMG Records. He has helped to shape the modern pop music industry. Over the last 15 years his acts have achieved sales of more than 100 million albums, and he has had over 50 No. 1 records.

His most recent discovery is the pop-opera quartet Il Divo, whose debut album has sold over 5 million copies around the world. He has made several appearances in television and films. He is also the executive producer of the television series Cupid.
